Your consultation includes: Initial comprehensive hormone consultation and evaluation Personalized treatment plan Testosterone medication, when prescribed and medically appropriate Injection supplies Regular provider follow-up visits Ongoing medication management Monitoring of symptoms, progress, and treatment response Review and interpretation of laboratory results Medication and dosage adjustments when clinically appropriate Ongoing provider support Annual comprehensive hormone evaluation (Labs are not included) Treatment recommendations are based on medical evaluation and lab results.
