Service Description

This consultation includes a comprehensive health review with Holly Tharbs, FNP-BC, to determine if Semaglutide treatment is appropriate for your goals and medical needs. During your visit, we will review your health history, discuss your weight management goals, evaluate treatment options, and create a personalized care plan. Your enrollment includes: Semaglutide medication Initial provider evaluation Personalized weight loss treatment plan Monthly provider follow-up Medication management Progress monitoring Dose adjustments when clinically appropriate Injection supplies (Labs are not included) Additional lab testing may be required before starting treatment.
